Symmes Township is represented by twelve elected Precinct Executives, one for each precinct from A through L. We live in the neighborhoods we serve, knock the doors on our streets, and cast votes on the Hamilton County Democratic Party Central Committee on your behalf.

Katie Hofmann has served as Precinct Executive for Symmes F since 2020. She currently represents District 4 on the Ohio State Board of Education, covering Hamilton and Warren Counties, following a 37-year career as a public and private school teacher, including 30 years in the classroom with Cincinnati Public Schools.

A longtime nonprofit professional and political strategist, she has managed campaigns for Hamilton County Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey. Her areas of interest are issues related to women and children, addiction, mental health and criminal justice.

Sara Bitter has served as Precinct Executive for Symmes L since at least 2020. She is an attorney at the Children's Law Center and has served on the Sycamore Board of Education since her election in November 2021. Bitter has lived in the Sycamore School District for 18 years and is a parent to two Sycamore students.
